Policies and Shipping
Delivery Time
First time orders and more labor intensive orders take 1-3 weeks. Reorders take 1-2 weeks. Orders required in less time or with an exact date are considered Rush. Rush orders are subject to a 15% increase in price. Rush orders may also be subject to more freight charges if needed to meet your delivery requirement.
Shipping and Handling
We ship all orders UPS unless requested otherwise. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, APO, or FPO. We offer the standard UPS options:
UPS Ground
For orders less than $100 a handling fee of $10 may be added (in addition to shipping costs).
Return Policy
Returns are gladly accepted if we have made a mistake in your product order or in the embroidery. Please keep in mind that we are producing custom products and cannot accept returns or cancellations. If you do find defective merchandise you must call and request a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without pre-authorization. Remember your satisfaction is our goal. We do our absolute best to insure quality. However, mistakes do happen once in a while. Please don’t hesitate to call our customer service.
Order Confirmations
Confirmations are sent via e-mail. Please read it carefully and contact us within 24 hours if corrections are needed. Orders and the invoicing are done per the confirmation information so your timeliness in corrections or changes are important.
Payment Terms
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We accept payment online. If you want to arrange a check payment, please call customer service, 1-503-759-5779 Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm PST.
