Sublimation Services

This service will convert your image, logo, or text into a long lasting print. The process is similar to heat transferred vinyl (HTV) but it is not the same. Unlike HTV, the image goes directly into the item instead on top of it. This means that sublimation prints don’t crack, have layered edges, or wash out easily. It starts by printing your design with special ink on special paper made for sublimation. Next, we place this paper on select materials that are capable of sublimation. The standard for clothing is 100% polyester fiber while other items such as mugs, mouse pads, etc use special substrate coatings for sublimation. Lastly, a heat press is used on the paper to allow the ink to transfer onto the item.
